1. Shipping Overview

GBM Research Supply currently ships orders within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, delivery location, package weight, package size, and selected shipping method.

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring products are packed safely and accurately.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed after normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or supplier delays, processing may take additional time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Available shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order and destination.

Delivery estimates begin once the package has been shipped, not from the date the order was placed.

4. Free Shipping

GBM Research Supply offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $150 before taxes, discounts, or additional fees.

Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies. No coupon code is required.

Free shipping availability may be limited by destination, order size, product type, or carrier restrictions.

5. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted delivery providers.

The carrier may be selected based on package size, weight, destination, product type, and available service options.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

GBM Research Supply is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. GBM Research Supply is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created. Tracking may not update immediately.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking number provided.

If you still need assistance, contact GBM Research Supply with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the issue and assist where possible. However, GBM Research Supply is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.

10. Damaged Shipments

We take care to pack orders securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

11. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and correct the issue.

Please include your order number and photos of the items received.

12. Restricted Shipping

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on product type, carrier rules, storage requirements, destination, or applicable regulations.

If an item cannot be shipped to your location or requires a specific shipping method, this may be reflected at checkout, or we may contact you after the order is placed.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped safely, legally, or reliably.

13. International Shipping

GBM Research Supply currently ships to the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled and may need to follow our Return Policy if eligible.
